SCOTT HEARNE

Scott Hearne is an improviser/writer/podcaster/producer. He's taken improv workshops with Brandon Gardner (Upright Citizen's Brigade - NYC), Jill Bernard (HUGE Theater - Minneapolis), and Joe Bill (Annoyance Theater - Chicago). Scott attended improv classes at three improv theaters in Austin, TX: The Institution Theater, Coldtowne Theater, and Merlin Works. Scott hosted and produced, "The Theft Forum" and "The Austin Improv Podcast", both podcasts are on hiatus. He was a member of Comedy Dance Camp, a sketch team based out of The Institution Theater.  

Scott's independent Harold team, Bad Font, was favorably mentioned twice in The Austin Chronicle, won The New Movement's Knock Out! Tournament 10 weeks in a row, performed at ZACH Theater, The Hideout Theater, Coldtowne Theater, The New Movement, and The Institution Theater. Also, Bad Font performed at the Out of Bounds Comedy Festival two years in a row. Scott is a recovering lawyer, an avid reader, board game geek, and a camping/hiking enthusiast. He loves old dogs and watermelon wine.
